My Wellness program year reaches halfway point; earn points to receive rewards

The 2025–26 My Wellness program year is halfway complete, but there is still time to earn My Wellness points. Participants can qualify for incentives, including a university contribution to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), as well as quarterly gift card giveaways.

Employees and their spouses can earn 200 points just for visiting their primary care provider and up to 100 points for participating in a free wellness coaching program. Other eligible activities include receiving an annual vaccination, preventive care visits such as a dental or vision exam, visiting the Employee Wellness Center in Coughlin Hall, and making 8,000 steps per day, among others. Employees can also participate in various wellness-related activities on campus, such as blood drives and walks, to earn points as part of the My Wellness Your Way Experience activity.

While some activities are automatically recorded, others can be recorded by employees and spouses in the My Wellness portal. More information on each activity and how to record them can be found on the My Wellness program page.

The current My Wellness program year runs until Aug. 14, the deadline to earn points. Employees and spouses enrolled in a Marquette medical insurance plan who earn 400 points by that date will receive the maximum contribution towards their 2027 FSA or HSA.
