Marquette undergraduate students returned to campus beginning on Wednesday, Aug. 23, taking part in a variety of events to kick off the 2023-24 academic year. As the first week of classes comes to an end, take a look back at all our campus community has already done.

Students and their families braved the heat, which reached the 90s, during move-in days.

As classes kicked off, Marquette added a new landmark to campus in the form of large freestanding “MU” letters in the patio space outside the east entrance to the Alumni Memorial Union.
The first day of classes brought added energy to Wisconsin Avenue, with students reconnecting around campus.
As students get into their routines, studying has begun. For now, that can be done outside.
