Student listening session for provost search, Jan. 23; join for free pizza, beverages

President Kimo Ah Yun last month launched a national search for Marquette’s next permanent provost, and the search committee has scheduled listening sessions with stakeholder groups across campus to aid in their work.

All students are invited to attend a listening session on Thursday, Jan. 23, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., in the Raynor Library Beaumier Suites. Free pizza and soft drinks will be provided during the session.

This is an important opportunity for you to share your insights and ask questions that will help inform how the search committee recruits, vets, interviews and evaluates candidates for the 25th president of Marquette University.

Also, please encourage your classmates to join you — the more voices the steering committee hears from, the better informed they will be to make this important decision for Marquette.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider providing your insights through the online input form or feel free to contact me via email. Please also use the online input form to nominate potential candidates.
