The Marquette Colleagues’ Program was initiated to develop leaders on Marquette’s campus who embody and integrate the mission of the university in the way they lead and live.

The Marquette Colleagues’ Program is a five-session program open to all Marquette faculty and staff.
New this year, MCP counts towards earning the Ignatian Educator of Distinction award from the Midwest Province. Marquette staff and faculty that complete 20 hours of Mission engagement within a year are invited to an awards ceremony that will take place during Mission Week 2025.
