Faculty Success (formerly Faculty Activities Database) Returns to Service

As of June 1, Faculty Success (formerly Faculty Activities Database) has returned to service and is available for use on campus. Over the past year, the Faculty Success Implementation Committee and OIRA have worked to transition Marquette to the new system as well as update many of the behind-the-screen elements of the database. These efforts resulted in a more stable and useful tool that will bring new functionality to faculty, staff, and administrators.

This summer, work has continued to optimize Faculty Success to improve the user experience, so you may notice small changes as this work is completed this fall. Efforts are underway to prepare training documents and presentations, tailored to the colleges and schools. Training will be delivered to campus units this fall via in-person training opportunities. Look for invitations soon to one of these training sessions.

Previous reporting tools/reports are currently being updated to function with the new system and this process will be completed as soon as possible. Over the course of the next year, the committee and OIRA will be working with you to recreate reports or design new reports to take full advantage of the new tools and functionality of Faculty Success.
