College of Business Administration expands its partnership with Waukesha County Technical College

The College of Business Administration has established an additional pathway for students seeking transfer from Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC). The most recent pathway facilitates the transfer process from WCTC’s Associate of Applied Science in marketing to Marquette’s Bachelor of Science in marketing. This is the third agreement highlighting transfer pathways from WCTC into the college.

“We are certainly excited to sign this transfer agreement, formalizing and easing the transition for marketing students from Waukesha County Technical College into our marketing program here at Marquette Business. It is not just about ensuring strong curricular alignment but helping associate degree students navigate the process of continuing their education in a clear and transparent way. By doing so we are helping ensure a pipeline of excellent marketing talent for the entire region,” said Tim Hanley, acting Keyes Dean for the College of Business Administration.

WCTC is one of 16 institutions within the Wisconsin Technical College System and serves more than 20,000 students on its Pewaukee and Waukesha campuses. WCTC continues to be a strong partner with established agreements into three of our seven colleges. Marquette supports transfer within the state of Wisconsin through individual community college articulation agreements, various high school to college bridge programs, and the WAICU Course Credit Transfer Agreement signed in summer 2020.

Marquette continues to identify strategic transfer partnerships with community colleges around the country. Visit the undergraduate admissions web page for more information.
