The Klingler College of Arts and Sciences will recognize and celebrate transfer students who have planted roots and are thriving at Marquette at its Rooted & Thriving event on Monday, Oct. 19, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Lemonis Center for Student Success multipurpose room and open space.
Enjoy fun, hands-on activities, including:
- Designing a flower pot with memes and stickers and filling it with candy to thank you for being part of our community
- Creating a flower pen to brighten your upcoming midterm study sessions
- Sharing your “seeds of wisdom” on a community board to inspire and support future transfer students
This is also a great opportunity to connect with Klingler College of Arts and Sciences staff, peer mentors and fellow transfer students. We hope you’ll join us for an afternoon of creativity, community and celebration.
All transfer students are welcome regardless of college.
