The Employee Wellness Center, located in Coughlin Hall, will host a free health screening event on Friday, Dec. 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Screenings will include blood pressure, body composition and handgrip strength.
Registration is not required and attendees are welcome to participate in any of the screenings they would like, or simply stop by to check out the renewed Employee Wellness Center space. Employees do not have to be previously registered for Employee Wellness Center access to attend the event. All attendees will receive a free giveaway item and are entered to win other raffle prizes. Additionally, any faculty or staff who attend earn 10 My Wellness points by entering the visit in the rewards page of the My Wellness portal.
The Employee Wellness Center is a free wellness space dedicated exclusively to faculty and staff. The space features equipment for cardio, agility, flexibility and free-weight training. The Employee Wellness Center can be directly accessed via the entrance on the south side of Coughlin Hall.
