Employee Wellness Center has reopened; earn My Wellness points by visiting

The Employee Wellness Center has reopened after repairs from rainwater damage were completed.

The Employee Wellness Center, located in Coughlin Hall, is a free wellness space dedicated exclusively to faculty and staff. The space features equipment for cardio, agility, flexibility, and free-weight training. There are also showers, changing rooms, WiFi/Bluetooth capabilities and a water bottle filling station.

Use of the space is free for faculty and staff. Employees need to register for membership to the space through the Campus Recreation Member Portal. Instructions on how to register can be found on the Employee Wellness Center page.

The center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Registered employees should use the lower-level entrance on the south side of Coughlin Hall to access the space.

New for the 2025-26 My Wellness program year, employees can earn up to 50 My Wellness points simply by visiting the Employee Wellness Center, and 10 points is recorded for each subsequent visit. This activity is self-recorded in the My Wellness portal and is one of several activities that can earn points that can lead to various rewards, including university contributions towards a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account (for those enrolled in a Marquette medical insurance plan), giveaways throughout the year, and the personal benefits that come with the lifestyle that the activities promote.
