Results from the 2025 Campus Climate Study will be published Thursday, Sept. 4, with members of the Marquette community invited to learn more about the process and key takeaways during a town hall on Thursday, Sept. 11, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the AMU Monaghan Ballrooms. All are invited to attend, and no RSVP is required.

Throughout the fall semester, a series of focus groups will be conducted with campus stakeholders to gather feedback and inform institutional planning.

A key priority in the university’s Marquette 2031 Strategic Plan, Guided by Mission, Inspired to Change, the Campus Climate Study is a powerful tool for senior leaders to better understand the perceptions and experiences of students, faculty and staff, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and measure year-over-year progress on key initiatives.

Faculty, staff and students were asked to take a survey during the 2025 spring semester to gather specific information about how the environment for learning, living and working at Marquette can be improved

Takeaways from the report, as well as feedback shared in focus groups, will inform university leadership in developing action items as part of the Strategic Plan.

The report and other materials will be shared via Marquette Today and on the Campus Climate Study website (campus access required).
