Participate in the 2025 Campus Climate Study

Dear Marquette community,

At the core of the Marquette 2031 Strategic Plan, Guided by Mission, Inspired to Change, is a desire to ensure a campus environment that is welcoming to all. Our “Healthy Campus” theme vocalizes our call to develop a supportive, inclusive and engaging culture dedicated to learning and growth, where students, faculty and staff are empowered to reach their full potential. Our “Thriving Students” theme emphasizes the Ignatian tenet of cura personalis, or “care for the whole person,” and the need to tend to the wellness of our community’s body, mind and spirit.

To better guide us in this mission, the university is undertaking its third Campus Climate Study. We ask that you take part in this important initiative.

Take the survey now.

The university previously conducted Campus Climate Studies in 2015 and 2020, resulting in the recommendation of specific strategic actions related to strengths and areas of opportunity across our campus. As an institution committed to continuous improvement, your perspective and insight are essential.

While the survey will gather specific information about our campus environment, we assure you that your answers will remain completely anonymous. Your participation is voluntary, and you will not be identifiable as an individual. Results will be reported in group form only. Additional information about the project is available on the Campus Climate Study website.

Those who participate in the survey can enter to win prizes, including men’s basketball tickets, Marquette gear and a free coffee from the Brew Café. Giveaway rules are available online.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Your participation will help the university better understand the Marquette experience for all community members. Please take part before Friday, March 21.

Thank you for helping make Marquette a better place for all who call our campus home.

Sincerely,

Dr. Kimo Ah Yun
President
