Advocate Aurora EAP to host ‘Mindful Moments’
Advocate Aurora EAP is excited to roll out a six-week virtual offering for 30 minutes of mindfulness practice. The sessions will be held on Wednesdays at noon beginning Oct. 6 through Nov. 10. Each session includes both information on the basics of building personal mindfulness and time to practice it. Register for sessions online.
Labor Day Mass is Sept. 5
