Applications for tenure buyout are now being accepted by the Office of the Provost. Tenured faculty who qualify for tenure buyout can find information on the policy along with a Q&A on the Office of the Provost website.
The Tenure Buyout Policy Inquiry Form should be completed to start the application process.
The deadline to apply for immediate buyout, spring 2027, and two-year phased buyout, spring 2029, is Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 4:30 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.
