Blue & Gold Brewing LLC, a student-run business venture launched as part of an undergraduate applied learning collaboration between Marquette University’s Innovation Alley and College of Business Administration, has released a limited-edition coffee box in advance of the holiday season.
The Season’s Sippings Holiday Box features a branded coffee mug and two coffee blends:
- “Jesuit Joe,” a dark roast, was originally roasted for the Marquette community in 2012; it has been enhanced for Blue & Gold.
- “Brew the Difference” is Blue & Gold’s limited-edition light roast.
Season’s Sippings can be purchased on the Blue & Gold website. Orders will ship on Friday, Dec. 13, and arrive in time for Christmas.
Blue & Gold Brewing LLC was launched in 2022 as a first-of-its-kind pilot program with four undergraduate students chosen to lead a student-run venture. Students on the Blue & Gold teams are involved in every aspect of the business, leading market research, product selection and naming, supply chain and logistics, finance, graphic design, advertising, marketing, distribution, and entrepreneurial/start-up processes.
Blue & Gold Brewing LLC has previously produced the Tasteful Tidings holiday coffee box and two beer products – ‘77 Golden Ale and The Beer Can.
