The Honors Program is launching a new, collaborative creative writing workshopping series. Three writing events will be hosted during the fall semester in the Honors Lounge in Sensenbrenner 002.
These workshops are open to everyone, including those who want to get their foot in the fiction writing door, those who write for fun and those who want to refine a project they’ve been working on for years. Workshops will take place monthly and will cover a different topic each session. While each month’s session will build upon the last, feel free to come to one, two or all three. Snacks will be provided.
At the end of every session, there is an optional open workshop for peer feedback on any creative writing projects.
- Session one: Tuesday, Sept. 17: World-building
- Session two: Tuesday, Oct. 22: Character sketching
- Session three: Tuesday, Nov. 19: Dialogue
