Soup with Substance will feature an interdisciplinary panel discussion with Marquette faculty whose research engages with topics and questions related to immigration on Wednesday, Sept. 23, from noon to 12:50 p.m. in the AMU Lunda Room. No registration is required.
Panelists include:
- Dr. Noelle Brigden, professor of political science in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
- Dr. Laura Matthew, associate professor of history in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
- Dr. Grant Silva, associate professor of philosophy in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
The conversation will be moderated by Dr. Sumana Chattopadhyay, professor and dean for graduate studies and research in the Diederich College of Communication. This panel is in conjunction with the “America the Borderland” exhibit on display in Raynor Library and is co-sponsored by the Center for Peacemaking.
