Online survey provider Qualtrics will retire proxy links on Friday, Oct. 30. Survey owners should replace proxy links in their surveys before that date.
Links that start with proxy.qualtrics.com will no longer work on Oct. 30. If you own active Qualtrics surveys, please review them and replace the proxy links.
Qualtrics proxy links may appear in:
- Reusable email templates saved in a Qualtrics message library
- Invitation and reminder emails within survey distributions
- Qualtrics workflows, triggers and email tasks
- Webpages, shared documents or QR codes if a proxy link was copied outside Qualtrics
Surveys owners should check older surveys for proxy links before copying older surveys for reuse.
