In recognition of Financial Wellness Month in January, the Financial Fitness Challenge encourages participants to complete and track activities that support financial well-being, such as budgeting, managing spending, credit and debt, saving and investing, and setting financial goals.
Being able to get out of debt, save for vacations, purchase a home, pay for college and retire comfortably are all long-term goals that sound financial wellness strategies and activities can help achieve. How a person manages and engages with their finances can have a serious impact on mental, physical and social well-being. The Financial Fitness Challenge promotes activities that can help start or continue on the path to reach these goals.
Registration for the Financial Fitness Challenge is now open. The challenge runs Monday, Jan. 26, through Sunday, Feb. 22. Those who complete and record at least three activities for each of the four weeks of the challenge will receive 25 My Wellness points. All activity must be recorded by noon on Monday, Feb. 23. This is the second of four wellness challenges in the 2025-26 My Wellness program year.
How do I enroll in the challenge?
