The Institute for Women’s Leadership announced the fall 2025 cohort of IWL Faculty Fellows. These individuals bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion to the IWL’s academic research community.
Fall 2025 IWL Faculty Fellows include:
- Dr. Paul Gagliardi, teaching associate professor of English in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
- Dr. Sarah Gendron, professor of languages, literatures and cultures in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
- Lee Za Ong, associate professor and director of the Predoctoral Program in Behavioral Sciences and Ethics in the School of Dentistry
Their gender-related research includes topics related to the work and cultural impact of women in touring ice skating shows, Irish women revolutionaries of the late 19th through 20th centuries, and leadership styles among Chin refugee young adult women residing in the United States. Together, IWL Faculty Fellows embark on a journey of academic exploration and growth, united in IWL’s commitment to advancing education and research.
