A new year brings changes to your paycheck. Please check your January 2025 pay slip (directions on how to view your pay slip are available online).
- Are all of your expected benefits listed, including any new benefits you elected during Annual Enrollment? Current elections can be seen on the Marquette benefits enrollment portal. See “How to View Your Benefits” for details.
- Is your contribution to your Health Savings Account what you expected? You can change your HSA contribution amount anytime up to the IRS limit during the year by emailing benefits@marquette.edu. 2025 limits: $4,300 (employee only), $8,550 (covering more than one person), $1,000 additional catch-up contribution for members age 55+.
- Check to make sure your retirement contributions are where you’d like them to be. The IRS has increased the maximum you can set aside. See 2025 Retirement Plan contribution limits and the retirement plan website for more information about Marquette’s TIAA retirement plan.
- As a reminder, all 2025 plan notices including Summary Plan Descriptions can be found here: Legal Notices.
1095-C tax forms available
Beginning in 2024, Marquette no longer mails Form 1095-C and instead makes it available electronically. Employees wishing to view and print a copy of this form can do so by going to the Marquette benefits enrollment portal and following these instructions.
Form 1095-C is a tax form reporting information about an employee’s health coverage offered by Marquette University. The taxpayer does not fill out the form and does not need to file it with a tax return. For additional questions on this form, consult your tax advisor.
For help obtaining a copy, please send a request to benefits@marquette.edu and indicate if you want your 1095-C emailed to you or mailed to your home address listed in MyJob.
