U-RISE seminar on community-driven research to improve health equity for Native nations, Oct. 14 

Join U-RISE at Marquette for a seminar with Dr. Richard Armenta, associate professor at California State University San Marcos and expert in infectious disease epidemiology, on Monday, Oct. 14, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in AMU 157.

Sandwiches and refreshments will be served. Register online by Friday, Oct. 11. 

Armenta will share his research on health disparities and emerging health behaviors in Native populations. This event is co-sponsored by U-RISE and the Marquette Core Curriculum, aligning with the Basic Needs and Justice theme of the Discovery Tier.
