The Human Communication Collective welcomes faculty, staff and graduate student teachers to join a three-meeting micro-seminar for the fall semester on pedagogy and generative technologies.
The first meeting is Friday, Sept. 6, from noon to 1:15 p.m. in Raynor Library R245. Those interested can learn more and find the short pre-reading at the bottom of the HCC web page.
The Human Communication Collective seeks to return the conversation back to the core commitments of liberal arts education — truthfulness, responsibility, and personal integrity — and to connect these core commitments to practices and pedagogies of human communication that it worries may be hastily replaced by those of machine-generated communication.
Direct any questions about the HCC or the micro-seminar to Maxwell Gray or Jacob Riyeff via email.
