The Marquette Service Learning Program will celebrate its 30th anniversary on Tuesday, April 16, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Raynor LIbrary Beaumier Suites.
This event will highlight the community-engaged pedagogy of three of the program’s faculty champions:
- Dr. Lilly Campbell, associate professor of English
- Dr. Jenna Green, teaching assistant professor of English
- Dr. Alex Milovic, associate professor of practice of marketing
Participants will have the opportunity for small group conversations about challenges, aspirations and best-kept secrets when it comes to promoting students’ learning and mutually beneficial community partnerships.
The event will also feature a Indian lunch buffet and fellowship with other service-learning faculty.
Past, present and aspiring service-learning faculty are invited. Register online by Tuesday, April 2.
