University adds large ‘MU’ letters to enhance campus visitor experience

Marquette has added a new landmark to campus in the form of large freestanding “MU” letters in the patio space outside the east entrance to the Alumni Memorial Union.

The purpose of the letters is to add to the on-campus brand experience for prospective students and their families on tours. The letters mark the endpoint of campus tours conducted by undergraduate admissions.

The letters also provide another campus landmark, touchpoint and photo opportunity for current students and alumni while on campus. Visitors and community members alike are encouraged to stop by and see the new installation, as well as alumni returning for a campus visit.
