Reimagining the role of colleges and universities in prison education, April 24-25

Join the Center for Urban Research Teaching and Outreach’s (CURTO) Education Preparedness Program (EPP) on Monday, April 24, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 25, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the AMU Monaghan Ballrooms for the symposium “Reimagining the Role of Colleges and Universities in Prison Education: Research, Policy, and Practice,” funded by the Mellon Foundation.  

The symposium will invite scholars, stakeholders and practitioners, nationally and locally, to advance education efforts that seek to work with system-impacted students.
