Dr. Jacob Capin, assistant professor of physical therapy in the College of Health Sciences and director of the Life After Sport Trajectories (LAST) Lab, will speak about his research during a WisPolitics.com breakfast on Thursday, March 30, in Washington, D.C.
Capin will be a part of a panel discussing federal dollars boosting Wisconsin-based research. He will be joined by Dr. Stephanie Diem, assistant professor of engineering physics at UW-Madison, and Dr. Michele Polfuss, associate professor in the UW-Milwaukee College of Nursing.
The event, taking place at the Hall of the States on Capitol Hill, will also feature U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan from the Madison-area’s 2nd Congressional District.
