‘Sharing Loving-Kindness—During Valentine’s Week and Always,’ Feb. 16 

A performance of “Sharing Loving-Kindness—During Valentine’s Week and Always” will be presented on Thursday, Feb. 16, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in AMU 227.

“Sharing Loving-Kindness—During Valentine’s Week and Always” is a stage-based theatre event that will include a presentation about the Global Playback Theatre project and the dire need for loving-kindness in our world, as well as several improvised short-form theatrical sketches based on audience members’ own stories.

The performers include Asheville Playback Theatre co-founder Raphael Engel (who starred as Count Dracula in the 1971 film Dracula vs. Frankenstein under his stage name Zandor Vorkov), Milwaukee native author/actor/activist Paul McComas and noted Chicago Playback members Allison Sokolowski and Clarissa Worcester.
