New fringe benefit rates for grants to change July 1

Marquette has been negotiating a federally approved fringe benefit rate annually for external grant applications since 2019. The new rates, effective July 1, 2022, are 11.5% for employees and 0.4% for students. Marquette faculty make mark on internationally famed anatomy atlas

Two Marquette College of Health Sciences faculty members, Occupational Therapy Clinical Professor Dr. Todd Hoagland, and Biomedical Sciences Professor and Dean Dr. William E. Cullinan, have left their fingerprints on the 8th edition of the “Netter Atlas of Human Anatomy” which was released on March 15.

University mourns the loss of Dr. Marya Leatherwood

Marquette University mourns the loss of Dr. Marya Leatherwood, former assistant vice president for student affairs, interim vice president for student affairs and vice provost for strategic and academic planning, who passed away on March 31.  An obituary is not yet available. Marya retired in 2016.  Please remember Marya, her family and friends in prayer.
