Photos from Engineers Week 2022

February 21, 2022

Last week, the Engineering Student Council, with support from the Opus College of Engineering, hosted its annual Engineers Week, part of a national celebration to honor the many ways engineers make a difference through their profession. Activities ran from Feb. 14 until the afternoon of Feb. 18.

This year’s activities included social events, giveaways and Engineering Cake Wars where students competed to create the most creative cakes. See highlights from the week’s activities in the photo gallery below.

  • Kat Meza, Jordan Towe, Gabby Lukanus and Zach Thompson celebrate over their winning cake in the E-Week Cake Wars. Each team member works in the Discovery Learning Center, and they modeled their cake after a DLC tool chest.
  • Engineers Week at Marquette was organized and hosted by student leaders in Engineering Student Council.
