Mandatory COVID-19 testing for employees who have not uploaded proof of vaccination to begin Oct. 4

Faculty and staff who have chosen not to voluntarily upload proof of vaccination will be required to undergo mandatory COVID-19 testing every other week starting Oct. 4.

Walk-in testing will take place at the 313 Building (313 N. 13th St.), first-floor conference room, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 5:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Employees who are required to test will receive email notifications and reminders.

More information is available on the FAQ page of the COVID-19 website.

Reminder: Faculty and staff who do not provide proof of COVID-19 vaccine are also required to do the following:

  • Complete the daily COVID Cheq screening process
  • Quarantine for 14 days if you come into close contact with someone infected with COVID-19 and be tested 3-5 days following exposure
  • Follow all other university-wide protocols related to COVID-19 mitigation
