Rev. James Voiss, S.J., vice president for mission and ministry, will offer a prayer for students as they move into residence halls and prepare for the school year on Tuesday, Aug. 24, at 9 a.m. at The Commons (721 N 17th St.).
Eckstein Hall opens at 8 a.m. for those moving in. The prayer will be offered on the steps of Wells Street Hall, just outside of the chapel, which is where students will be checking in. Students and their families are invited to be a part of this meaningful moment to take a pause during a lively and exciting time.
Those who cannot attend in-person are invited to tune in to the livestream on the Mission at Marquette Facebook page; the recording will be available on the Facebook page following the livestream.
