The MIC Speakers Lab will host “Networking Skills and Elevator Pitches: Practice with The MIC” on Tuesday, April 13, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.
Students looking for their first professional role, summer employment or an internship are welcome to join this event and practice their networking skills and elevator pitches.
Well-trained student experts will serve as coaches, teaching breathing techniques, positive self-talk and visualization exercises to help participants stay calm and centered during your speech.
