Campus Ministry, the Center for Peacemaking and the Office of Mission and Ministry will host the next Soup with Substance via Zoom, from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 10.
Sister Kathy Sherman — singer, composer and activist — will share her original music and reflections on the challenge of being present to grief while holding onto hope within “the beloved community.”
Sister Kathy’s passion is writing music that fosters hope and healing. Her inspiration lies in the conviction that all of life is permeated with the sacred. She is deeply committed to working for peace and racial justice, as well as advocating for the protection and healing of the planet.
Registration is available online.
A link to the event will be sent to via email those who register.
Those with questions should contact Amanda Harris, Soup with Substance assistant.
