Club sport opportunities scaled back for fall 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of club sport activities available to students will be significantly scales back this semester.

All club sport teams are prohibited from traveling during the fall semester. See the below lists for sports that are canceled for fall 2020. Decisions on spring semester will be made in the coming months.

This decision was made by Recreational Sports with guidance from the Marquette Medical Clinic. Please note that this list is subject to change.

The following club sports will have no activity during fall semester (this includes practices or competitions):

  • Men’s Lacrosse
  • Women’s Lacrosse

  • Rowing
  • Men’s Rugby
  • Women’s Rugby
  • Men’s Soccer
  • Women’s Soccer
  • Spikeball
  • Men’s Ultimate Frisbee
  • Women’s Ultimate Frisbee
  • Men’s Volleyball
  • Women’s Volleyball
  • Water Polo

The following clubs are still under consideration and may be able to hold practices (no games) under COVID-19 guidelines:
