Project Night Night seeking donated blankets, books and stuffed animals for local homeless children

During its Coins for a Cause fundraiser held in January, Project Night Night was able to raise $832, which helped them assemble 60 care packages for local homeless children.

The staff-led volunteer group is once again seeking donated items that will be used to assemble more packages.

Specifically, the following items are needed:

  • Blankets
  • Books
  • Stuffed animals

Items must be new; specifics can be found on the Staff Senate website

Winter apparel is also collected throughout the year to provide warmth to children and adults in various area schools, shelters, and community outreach programs.

With questions, contact Edi Kuhn, AMU building supervisor.
