Staff Senate to host ‘Coins for a Cause’ fundraiser for Project Night Night, Jan. 2-31

University Staff Senate will host Coins for a Cause, a month-long fundraiser for Project Night Night, from Thursday, Jan. 2, through Friday, Jan 31.  

Project Night Night is a staff-led volunteer group that assembles tote bags containing a stuffed animal, book and blanket which are then donated to various agencies across Milwaukee that work with children experiencing homelessness.  

Coin jars will be set out from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the following locations from Thursday, Jan. 2 through Friday, Jan 31:

  • Alumni Memorial Union
    • Second floor information desk
  • Eckstein Hall
    • First floor Law Library circulation desk
  • Holthusen Hall
    • Third floor Graduate School reception desk, Suite 305
