Dear friends of the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences,

The Klingler College of Arts and Sciences prepares students to live and work with confidence and compassion. Our faculty members are talented teacher-scholars who are dedicated to student success, innovative research and partnerships across Milwaukee and the world. Faculty and staff create an integrated experience for all, in the classroom and beyond. We strive to foster diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging – preparing students for a life well lived.

With 14 academic departments offering over 40 majors and minors, we are the largest and most diverse academic unit within Marquette University. Many of our students pursue their unique passions through double majors and minors. A&S students have numerous opportunities to create a customized college experience through internships, study away and undergraduate research. We foster integration across mind, body and spirit. We work collaboratively across disciplines and with community partners to accomplish goals greater than those we could achieve alone. The grand challenges we face call for a multi-faceted, integrated approach. In other words, in our college:

The difference is in the and.

Sincerely,

Dr. Heidi Bostic
