Join Students for an Environmentally Campus (SEAC) in learning about and connecting with the pocket prairie on campus. Come to the prairie (between the Alumni Memorial Union and Wisconsin Avenue) on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. to learn about the native plants and history of the land in the context of Marquette, our land use and faith’s role in environmentalism. Participants will be doing seed collection, plant IDing and some light weeding. Stop by and say hi and enjoy some refreshing lemonade.
If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact the event coordinator. For additional accommodations, reach out to the Office of Disability Services.
