The Ott Writing Center seeks tutors to join a motivated and supportive team dedicated to making better writers, not just better writing. Otters are recruited from every college and every grade.
The Ott Writing Center will host three information sessions to share information about the opportunity:
- Thursday, Oct. 9, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Raynor 245
- Tuesday, Oct. 14, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. virtually
- Tuesday, Oct. 21, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Raynor 245
The Norman H. Ott Memorial Writing Center supports Marquette students, faculty and staff in becoming more effective, confident writers. Located in Raynor Library, the center offers one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions where writers can receive feedback at any stage of the writing process — from brainstorming and outlining to revising and polishing a final draft.
