The campus community is invited to celebrate Native American Heritage Month by creating a medicine pouch with RL Neshnabe on Thursday, Nov. 13, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Center for Engagement and Inclusion (AMU 111).
The workshop will be led by Rachel Jeske, a certified artisan of the Hannahville Indian Community, who will guide participants through the traditional process of making a personal medicine pouch.
Supplies are limited and registration is encouraged (three different sessions).
