Faculty and staff are invited to share their thoughts and experiences with menopause, premenopause and the menopause transition with Dr. Alie Kriofske Mainella, assistant professor of counselor education and counseling psychology in the College of Education, during two focus groups in the AMU Henke Lounge.
Kriofske Mainella is researching menopause and mental health and hopes to develop a menopause tracker smart phone app.
Breakfast will be provided, and there will be a raffle to win a copy of “The New Menopause” by Mary Clair Haver.
Focus groups will be held Thursday, Aug. 28, and Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Register online.
