Join the Art Club and the Honors Program for a de-stressing coloring event on Thursday, April 24, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the ground level of Sensenbrenner Hall.
As we approach the semester’s final classes, exams and projects, don’t forget to seek calming practices that provide balance. Research shows that mindfulness practices can help during especially stressful times.
There will be markers, colored pencils and printed coloring pages for participants to relax. Feel free to chat with friends or throw on some headphones while you color. This event is free and open to all students. Snacks will be provided.
