The Office of Inclusion and Belonging will host the annual Black Women Rock Brunch on Saturday, March 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the AMU Monaghan Ballrooms. This year’s theme is “Brunch Blooms: Rooted in Joy.”
Black women’s joy, often overlooked in narratives focused on struggle, is a powerful act of resistance and a vibrant expression of resilience, self-love and the inherent right to happiness. This event is open to Marquette faculty, staff and students as well as the broader Milwaukee community. Register online.
