Cobeen Hall to host Thanksgiving dinner for students who remain on campus during break; volunteers needed to serve

Students who stay on campus over Thanksgiving break will not miss out on a traditional home-cooked meal. Cobeen Hall will host a free Thanksgiving dinner Thursday, Nov. 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The menu will include: turkey, rice, fish, vegetables, desserts and beverages. Participants needed for fibromyalgia study

Rec Plex to offer swim lessons this summer

The Rec Plex will offer a Learn to Swim program sponsored by the American Red Cross. The program is segmented into six levels, in addition to the Tiny Tots/Wee Folks program. Hospitality minister volunteers needed for upcoming Baccalaureate Mass

Volunteers are needed to be hospitality ministers for the upcoming Baccalaureate Mass celebrating the graduating class of 2018. The Mass will take place Saturday, May 19, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the UWM Panther Arena. Last year close to 5,000 people attended. Any students, faculty, staff, family and friends are invited to experience this beautiful liturgy.    For more information or to sign up contact Bernardo Avila-Borunda in Campus Ministry.
