Since the college’s inception in 1996, its distinguished faculty and staff have worked to put science into action every day while training the next generation of mission-driven leaders. The college’s six departments and multiple clinics provide powerful, world-class opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience alongside expert scientists and clinicians, and to develop confidence in their skills as researchers and health care providers. 

Our programs are highly distinctive and nationally ranked, and our stellar faculty members come to us following training at many of the most prestigious academic institutions in the world.  Our Physical Therapy program boasts many high-profile industry leaders, and our Speech Pathology and Audiology department offers multiple specialty therapies that are at once rare and highly attractive. As the college expands high-demand programs like Physician Assistant Studies and through its newer offerings, such as the doctoral program in Occupational Therapy and master’s programs in Biomedical Sciences and in Neuroscience, students are promised a truly transformational education in the Jesuit tradition of cura personalis — care for the whole person.
