Annual Benefits Enrollment officially kicks off Monday, Oct. 26. Employees will receive an Annual Benefits Enrollment announcement from Marquette University via U.S. mail.
Information on Annual Benefits Enrollment is now available on the 2027 Annual Benefits Enrollment website, including the enrollment guide, top highlights and FAQ.
Employees may also receive emails or text messages mentioning benefits enrollment. Be cautious: communications that do not come from the legitimate email addresses listed below may be phishing scams. Marquette Human Resources will not contact you via text or ask you to provide personal benefits information via email or text.
Legitimate Annual Benefits Enrollment emails will come from:
- benefits@marquette.edu – Provides important enrollment information and links to enrollment documents. The same information is available on the 2027 Annual Benefits Enrollment website.
- no-reply_marquette@bswift.com – If requested, sends a confirmation statement of your 2027 benefit elections after you enroll with an online Benefits Educator or complete self-enrollment.
Enrollment begins on Oct. 26 at 8 a.m. Additional information will be shared through Marquette Today, benefits@marquette.edu and the 2027 Annual Benefits Enrollment website.
