Registration open for Making Marquette Inclusive spring sessions

Sponsored by the Division of Belonging and Student Affairs, the Making Marquette Inclusive discussion series provides faculty and staff with the opportunity to examine issues of diversity, equity and inclusion as they relate to our day-to-day work and reinforces the value of working across differences.

Through short articles, videos and a series of facilitated conversations, participants in this eight-week mini-course explore themes such as implicit bias, privilege, microaggressions, the promotion of justice and effective dialogue orientations.

Cohorts of MMI 1.0 are available for the spring, either on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.

For those who have already completed MMI, there are several MMI 2.0 cohorts being offered this spring that extend the learning themes and take participants from reflection to action. If interested in continuing the MMI journey, register for MMI 2.0.

To date, over 300 employees have participated in this program. Read what other participants have to say about their experience.
