Marquette Today readership grows in 2025

Marquette Today continued to see strong readership growth in 2025, reflecting the campus community’s ongoing engagement with university news and stories.

Views on the Marquette Today website increased 8.8% year over year, surpassing 1 million views for the second consecutive year — and marking just the second time in the site’s history that milestone has been reached. Total users grew by 4.3%, while sessions, or visits to the website, increased by 6%.

Marquette Today is the university’s primary communication vehicle for sharing information with students, faculty and staff. A daily email newsletter is distributed Monday through Friday during the academic year and features Marquette-centric news, events, research, awards and accomplishments, media placements, photo galleries, and feature stories highlighting the people and initiatives that make Marquette great.

Marquette Today is managed by Jack Goods, communication specialist in the Office of Marketing and Communication.
