The Arab and Muslim Women’s Research and Resource Institute and the Muslim Women’s Coalition will host a book discussion and signing with Dr. Enaya Othman, professor of languages, literatures and cultures in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences, on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Islamic Resource Center (5235 S. 27th St., Greenfield, Wisconsin, 53221).
The event will highlight the powerful stories of Palestinian American women in Milwaukee, including the immigrant generation and their daughters, whose lives reflect resilience, identity and transformation across generations.
