Feedback invited following release of Campus Climate Study results

Following the release of the 2025 Campus Climate Survey results and the Town Hall presentation, the Campus Climate team invites your feedback to help shape meaningful, campus-wide action.

The team has been actively engaging with campus stakeholder groups through focus group discussions to identify key priorities for institutional change. A discussion guide is available on the Campus Climate Study website to support reflection and action planning.

The team encourages all campus groups — departments, offices, colleges, and campus groups or organizations — to consider hosting their own focus groups. If desired, a member of the Campus Climate team can facilitate these sessions. To request a facilitator, complete the Focus Group Facilitator Request Form by Wednesday, Oct. 1.  If you’re interested in serving as a facilitator yourself, contact Jodi Blahnik, co-chair of the Campus Climate Study Implementation Committee.

Whether you participate in a focus group or reflect individually, your input is essential to driving meaningful change. Recommendations can be submitted via the Campus Climate Study website using either the Focus Group Recommendation Form or the Anonymous Individual Feedback Form

All submissions will be shared with the Campus Climate Study Committee and university leadership to inform strategic, institution-wide initiatives.
